- Facilitating an elective entitled ‘Queering Dietetics’. Students are exploring the question ‘What does it mean to queer dietetics?’. Based on class discussions and conversations with guest speakers, we are collaborating on a paper for publication in the Journal of Critical Dietetics by the same name.
- Developing nutrition care guidelines
- Planning dissemination of the emerging nutrition care guidelines for use of dietitians across Canada and beyond
